Job Description
- Create product positioning and pricing strategy in the region ;
- Provide sales training to regional sales and distributors ;
- Provide technical and marketing knowledge in business meetings;
- Work together with regional sales and distributor employees to drive the sales of Hematology products; visit existing or potential customers (end-users) to identify business opportunities;
- Coordinate local exhibitions, seminars, workshops and other activities related to Hematology product sales ;
- Collect and analyze marketing information, sales data (including installation base) to help design better competitive strategy and give advice to sales;
- Coordinate with sales, Hematology product marketing and BU to complete all necessary registrations, evaluations and validations of hematology products;
- Drive and help to achieve the regional sales target of the hematology products;
- Provide advises on sales channel structuring, product pricing, etc.
Job Requirements
- Academic / Professional Qualification:Bachelor degree or above; Preferred major: Clinical Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, BME (Bio-medical Engineering),
- Working Experience:At least 6 years sales or marketing working experience in hematology industry ;
- Preferred working experience from companies such as Sysmex, Abbott, BCI.
- Understanding nature of IVD business (consumables driven);
