Job Description

1. Design the overall technological architecture of the product
2. Guiding project teams in terms of technology strategy
3. Responsible for the technical design of the product
4. Develop the design and technical roadmap of the product together with the PO
5. Act as a mentor and coach for the technical team, especially during code reviews
6. Actively participate in coding to help the team develop a solution and solve problems that arise
7. Identify and remove technical impediments
8. Constantly seek new ways to solve technical problems and design solutions, without fear of challenging the status quo
9. Provide the team with an action plan to implement software engineering practices and improve code quality
10. Responsible for establishing the long-term vision for technology and architecture
11. Responsible for understanding global best practices and adapting them to the product
12. Maintain relationships with suppliers relevant to the technological functioning of the product

Job Requirements

1. Has 3+ experience as a senior engineer / tech lead and quiding more than 3 team members
2. Can worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence
3. PolyEngineer with experience in 2 of:
   1. Frontend (React, Angular or Flutter)
   2. Backend (SpringBoot, NetCore or Express)
   3. Data Analysis (Pandas, Gnu Ror Spider)
   4. DevOps (Jenkins, Gitlab pipelines or CircleCI)
   5. Infrastructure and networking (VMware, AWS or AlICloud)
4. Have a proven track record to lead a team to build and ship a product
5. Good knowledge about application security and authentication mechanisms
6. Excellent knowledge about code quality metrics
7. Live by and implement software Design Patterns
8. Comfortable to produce and debate architecture design
9. Knowledge in Financial Industry and Jira & Confluence are bonus
