Job Description

1. Supplier management: formulation and review of supplier access rules, formulation and regular evaluation of evaluation rules, internal management improvement assistance of suppliers;
2. Establish a complete risk management and control system, and comprehensively control the procurement business risks (framework contract formulation, signing, integrity agreement signing, product standard output accuracy, suppliers' capacity, process quality, economic risk, procurement personnel risks, etc.)
3. Cooperate with each supply chain to fulfill the requirements of each customer's factory inspection and project promotion
4. Meet the development of new BU products and the relevant needs of customers, and regularly promote new products independently;
5. Follow up product quality and delivery time of each supply chain, develop supplier improvement and promotion management measures according to this data, ensure smooth production line of supply chain and timely delivery of finished products; the total cost management focus on TCO (price management rules, according to the annual product demand to each supplier order allocation, development cost control, product category management, supplier integration, product integration, payment days, dull inventory processing, product inventory optimization, payment days management, etc.), with the best cost performance to ensure company competitiveness;
6. Supplier group planning: JIT timely delivery, selection of surrounding suppliers, etc., so as to make the supply chain highly competitive with the optimal delivery time
7. Understand the industry and provide investment and m&a resources for the company;

 

Job Requirements

1. Previous Experience in Purchasing or Similar Fields
2. Experienced leader and understand how to lead a team
3. Fluent in English in all forms
