Job Description
- Understand the market of mobile phone and TV market, major brands, sales volume and share of each price segment in the responsible region; Master the layout, sales dynamics and changes of friendly retail stores in the responsible region.
- Product purchase, sales and inventory management: According to the product sales flow rate, formulate daily distribution, replenishment, and allocation plans for Indonesian specialty stores to ensure good inventory turnover.
- Sales forecast and target planning. According to product popularity, market demand, combined with historical data analysis, forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales of various categories such as mobile phones, formulate reasonable and accurate sales targets, and dismantle the targets.
- Sales follow-up. Establish effective sales methods, provide follow-up tools, follow up daily, report the achievement of sales goals; ensure that the company’s sales goals at all stages are reached.
- Promotional activities. According to the various promotional activities initiated by the company, formulate corresponding activities and sales plans and follow up the implementation and effect evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3-5 years of work experience in consumer electronics and Internet industries
- Good skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Indonesian or English, proficient in Indonesian/English as the working language, speaking and listening in Chinese is preferred, and local Indonesian is preferred
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, strong execution, problem-solving-oriented
