Job Description
- Sales head of all sales department
- Make an execution plan according to the company strategy and budget
- Plan for area target and execution by branch and agent
- Plan for channel target and execution by category base
- Maximized/growth sales of existing sales network
- Develop new sales area and channel
- Manage B2B department and create synergy effects of products/channel
- Make and achieve KPI targets, for monthly, quarterly, and annually periods.
- Build and develop a strong sales team that is competent, dedicated and efficient, and management
- Sticky manage department expense within budget
Job Requirements
- At least over 10 years of experience in electric home appliances industry sales.
- Have experience as sales head of high level of management skill and known well operation
- Excellent Inter-personal skills
- Having and keeping a closed relationship with electric home appliances dealer/account
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
- Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative.
- Fluency in English.
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word).
- Logically and analytically minded.
- Detailed oriented.
- Numbers friendly.
