Job Description
- Employee life cycle management, including overall onboarding/offboarding program, probation activities, performance review, etc.
- Provide a full set of HR solutions based on corporate needs, help team leaders diagnose organization issues, and build highly effective teams.
- Assist in talent management, team growth, and organizational health to ensure the company’s core values are kept.
- Manage and oversee the monthly payroll process in an accurate manner, review and enhance the existing current compensation and benefit when necessary to ensure the structure is competitive.
- Have a strong understanding of labor compliance laws and cultural nuances within Indonesia.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 8 - 15 years Country HR / HR Business Partner or equivalent experience ideally within a fast-paced global organization.
- Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts, and expertise.
- Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes, and practices of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Global Mobility.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must be fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
