DHANY YUDIANTO

Dhany has almost 15 years of experience in HR specializing in the areas of Talent Management – Performance Management, Job Analysis, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection. His passion for Learning and Development has brought his career start from a university lecturer to an HR Consultant specialist in Training and Organizational Development. His training experience varied from sharing Management and Leadership, Creativity and Innovation for Improvement, Excellence in Customer Services, and Achievement Motivation.
Dhany graduated and is licensed as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Indonesia. He is also a certified Trainer from BNSP (Indonesia’s Professional Certification Board). His eagerness in learning also brought him to acquire a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the Indonesian Catholic University of Atma Jaya.
